Can you imagine the possibility of using yoga to center you throughout the parenthood journey?

Do you want to feel confident in your decisions as you grow your family?

You deserve to feel grounded, safe and supported during pregnancy, labor + birth and postpartum, regardless of how your baby comes into your life, be it through your own pregnancy, your partner’s, a surrogate, or adoption.

My wish for you is to be able to look back on your labor + birth experience with positive regard, no matter what that path might look like. I’d love to help you learn to advocate for yourself and to make the informed decisions that work best for YOU.

You deserve to have unbiased support during your postpartum time so you can be your best self for your child. My goal is to make sure you are doing well, and in turn you can give your child the love, attention, stability and reliability that they deserve.

I believe yoga, like parenthood, is a series of choices: you get to decide what level works best for you and your baby in the moment. Practicing yoga can help you feel better in your body, mind and spirit, and can foster joy and connection with your baby.

“She made me feel like we were a team - I felt loved and supported during this new challenge in my life. Sarah’s true calling is to help people endure the beautiful transition into parenthood.”

Jeannie Hitchcock

“Sarah has a gentle, kind demeanor, is never judgmental or rigid, and deeply cares about our wellbeing. She is professional and punctual, understanding and gentle with me as a new mom, and loving and fun with our baby.”

Rebecca Goldfarb

“After seeing Sarah teaching a baby yoga class, I immediately knew we had to hire her. I saw her confidence and expertise with infant movement and bodies, as well as her care and guidance for moms!“

Sarah is super personable and you can feel her positive energy when you meet her and that it is genuine. It is not a front, you see what you get with her and it is nothing but love and support. You won't regret hiring her to support you and your family during your pregnancy, labor and postpartum period! Trust me, do it!

During my career in educational travel, I was always drawn to be friends with the parents and pregnant coworkers in the office. I was lucky the organization I worked for hired a yoga teacher to give classes on lunch hour. I used to daydream while practicing, “Wouldn’t it be so cool to be a yoga teacher? Or a doula, working with parents and babies?!” In 2018 I took the leap!
