Do you seek informed guidance prenatally, during labor + birth and postpartum?

Could unbiased support be helpful, whether or not you have family nearby?

Can you imagine the possibility of using yoga to center you throughout the parenthood journey?

Do you want to feel confident in your decisions as you grow your family?

LABOR + BIRTH DOULA

My wish for you is to be able to look back on your labor + birth experience with positive regard, no matter what that path might look like. I’d love to help you learn to advocate for yourself and to make the informed decisions that work best for YOU.

POSTPARTUM DOULA

You deserve to have unbiased support during your postpartum time so you can be your best self for your child. My goal is to make sure you are doing well, and in turn you can give your child the love, attention, stability and reliability that they deserve.

PRENATAL + BABY YOGA

I believe yoga, like parenthood, is a series of choices: you get to decide what level works best for you and your baby in the moment. Practicing yoga can help you feel better in your body, mind and spirit, and can foster joy and connection with your baby.

ABOUT SARAH

During my career in educational travel, I was always drawn to be friends with the parents and pregnant coworkers in the office. I was lucky the organization I worked for hired a yoga teacher to give classes on lunch hour. I used to daydream while practicing, “Wouldn’t it be so cool to be a yoga teacher? Or a doula, working with parents and babies?!” In 2018 I took the leap!
